What do we expect from you?

Organization of logistics within the organization, especially outgoing but also incoming transports.

Management of materials for stock and yards

Monitoring flow within warehouse/production

Reporting and follow-up of shortages and faulty deliveries; total handling of issues

You are the point of contact for project managers, management of warehouse/logistics

Setting up and coordinating periodic stock counts

Control and bookings of stock items return yards

Maintaining general order and cleanliness in the warehouses

What is your profile?

• You preferably have a bachelor's degree under your belt, preferably in logistics or are equivalent through experience. Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
• You possess a healthy dose of assertiveness, hands-on mentality and keep a cool head during busier periods. Deadlines do not deter you.
• Good knowledge of Excel and basic MS Office programs. 
• You speak fluent Dutch, sufficient knowledge of French, other languages are a plus.
• You have a team mentality: when busy, you help colleagues without hesitation and actively contribute to smooth cooperation in the warehouse.
• You are in possession of a driver's license B
