System walls are demountable, modular partitions often used in offices, schools and other utility buildings. They are quick to install and easy to move or reuse in future layout changes. They are designed for a fixed but flexible layout and do so with both full, glass and door modules.

Mobile walls are composed of several sliding panels, which, whether connected or not, can quickly divide or enlarge a space. These panels hang freely in a ceiling track and can be moved by anyone without specific tools using a swivel handle and various roller cart systems.

System walls are demountable and movable, constructed of modular elements (panels, profiles, glass).
Plasterboard walls (Metal Stud) are fixed walls, composed of a metal frame with plasterboard, and are finished (plastered or painted).

System walls: are fully reusable and suitable for circular applications.
Plasterboard walls: are not reusable and when demolished are largely lost, limited possibility of recycling.

Yes, our Flush system walls are acoustically equivalent to plasterboard walls and offer very high acoustic insulation. The degree of sound insulation depends on the type of wall, thickness, materials and finish.

Our standard full system walls go up to Rw 57dB, glass walls up to 53dB and doors up to 44dB.
With our Flush-Silence range, even extremely high values up to more than Rw 70dB are possible.

There are various fire-resistant versions available EI30 or EI60, both in full and glazed modules.
There are various burglar-resistant versions available, RC2 or RC3.

Yes. They are circular, modular and reusable. They often meet criteria for BREEAM, WELL or circular tenders, especially since they are applied without bonding or permanent attachment.

Full panels: melamine, laminate HPL, veneer, lacquered MDF, fabric, whiteboard
Profiles: aluminum powder coated in RAL color or anodized
Glass: single, double, laminated, tempered, patterned, colored glass
Finishes are always matched to aesthetics and function of the project.

Widths:
Solid walls: standard 1200mm
Textured glass walls (Flush-Line, Flush-Design, Flush-Clips): 1200mm
Glass walls with seamless glass (Flush-One, Flush-Air): 900mm
Heights:
Standard up to 3000mm with 1-piece components and depending on type.
Higher possible up to 4500mm or higher and from multiple parts and depending on type.

BREEAMĀ®, WELL and LEED are sustainability certificates delivered for buildings, and each of them has its own criteria and way of assessment.
Applying our Flush system walls improves the sustainability performance of buildings and helps the builder/owner achieve points for these certifications.

Installation is done dry (without wet joints), ideally between finished floor and finished ceiling, with aluminum or steel profiles attached to (raised) floor and (suspended) ceiling. Panels and glass are hooked or clamped in. Quick installation without dust or noise.

Yes. Our Flush system walls are designed on integrating: electricity and data cabling, ventilation grills, whiteboards or AV equipment.

Choose system walls if:
- Layout may need to change in the future (flexibility).
- There is a need for quick, clean assembly without wet or dusty finishes.
- Circular construction or reuse is a requirement or desired.
- Aesthetics or glass areas are desired.

Choose solid drywall when:
- The layout is final and many techniques must pass through or be built into the walls.
- There are very high requirements for fire resistance and with a limited budget.
- Finishing must be seamless to existing shell construction.

Mobile walls are composed of several sliding panels, which hang freely in a ceiling track without floor guidance. All the weight here therefore bears on the ceiling. The existing structure must therefore be sufficiently solid to support the weight of the wall.

Folding walls are composed of interconnected panels (harmonic or folding system) and have a ceiling track and floor guide profile. All the weight here bears on the floor. Therefore, these are often used when the ceiling construction does not prove to be sturdy enough.
