What do we expect from you?

As a Project Manager at Pan-All, you are responsible for the smooth running of several large and small construction sites. From the initial preparation to the final delivery, you are the one who keeps everything on track. You monitor the schedule, keep the budget balanced and quality at top level.

You coordinate the installation of partitions, suspended ceilings, drywall and custom work, ensuring that each project runs flawlessly. In doing so, you work closely with internal teams and external partners.

As the person with final responsibility, you are responsible for complete project follow-up: planning, budget, safety and quality control. You report directly to the management and are a crucial link in the success of our realizations.

In short: you ensure that everything is right, from the first plan to the last panel.

What is your profile?

• You have a graduate degree in Construction (Wood), are an Industrial Engineer in Construction or equivalent through experience.
• You are technically strong and work fluently with Windows, Word and Excel
• You speak fluent Dutch and French (English is a plus)
• You are organizationally strong and a true team player
• You think problem-solving
• You are flexible, accurate and have an eye for quality
